**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Project Coordination**: Oversee the execution of traffic control projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to safety and quality standards.

- ** Compliance and Safety**: Ensure all traffic control operations meet Australian regulations, guidelines, and safety standards.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Minimum of **4+ years** in traffic control planning and operations, including **2+ years in a leadership role.**:

- In-depth knowledge of **Australian traffic management regulations, standards, and guidelines.**:

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in traffic management software and tools for planning, simulation, and reporting.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with teams, clients, and authorities.
- ** Required certifications and licenses**, including a valid traffic control certification, White Card, and planning ticket.
- Demonstrated experience in creating and implementing traffic management plans for a variety of projects.
