**Your New Company**
Your new company is a rapidly growing Sydney-based provider of Aging, Disability, & Home Care Packages for client clients and is set for double-digit YOY growth. The Operations Manager seeks a strategic and sleeves-rolled-up Quality Manager to head up all things compliance-related.

**Your New Role**
As a vital advisor to the Leadership Team, the Quality Manager will drive strategy, external accreditations, audits, and best practices. You will champion policies, procedures, and a customer-centric culture emphasising empowerment, quality, productivity, and wellbeing.

- Strategy & Leadership_
- ACQS expertise within an aged, disability, or home care setting
- Manage audit schedules, training, continuous improvements, and risk
- Producing periodic quality reports for Board, Committees, SLT
- Project manage quality initiatives within budget and per schedule
- Modelling outstanding professional behaviour and driving employee engagement strategies
- Client Service Development_
- Steering clinical case management practices
- Aligning care plans with client needs
- Empowering clients to grasp their funding, goals, and solutions
- Rolling out industry best practice clinical case management
- Maximising leadership capabilities, embedding a coaching culture
- Safeguard workplace safety of all employees and customers

**What we are looking for**
- Tertiary qualifications in a Health Services or Nursing discipline
- Quality leadership expertise within a home care or aged care industry
- Valid Australian Driver's License
- Up-to-date C19 vaccinations, Criminal Record Clearances, References
