Loyalty Receptionist

Toowoomba Toyota has an exciting opportunity for a Loyalty Receptionist to join our Loyalty Sales team immediately.

**About the role**:
The focus of the Loyalty Receptionist is to work with the Loyalty Sales Consultant to recommend and deliver effective solutions to retain existing guests and be responsible for proactive relationship building with current guests to increase Guest Retention.

**Key responsibilities and requirements**:
The Loyalty Receptionist Assistant carries out a range of duties, including but not limited to:

- Communicate, promote and develop excellent Guest relationships both externally and internally.
- Manage the Toyota Exchange Hub, including updating notes, outcomes, Guest details and monthly reporting.
- Utilise the TEX program to contact and present vehicle life cycle offers to Guests that are booked in for a service.
- Utilise the EOC system, including running reports for prospects, targeting Guests prior to loan maturing, model campaigns, driving stock into used cars and set appointments to discuss upgrading options.
- Utilise the Toyota Access Portal, perform prospecting calls to set appointments to discuss GFV maturity options, with a focus to repurchase.
- Utilise Tune DMS system for internal cross matching, input Guest information to retention department.
- Carry out trade appraisals of Guests vehicles.
- Assist in keeping all work areas clean and up to date.
- Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to WH&S regulations.
- Promote Toowoomba Toyota and Toyota in the broader community.
- Maintain a high knowledge level about the Toyota vehicles and products.
- Assist with reception cover when required.

- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with Guests, management and dealership staff
- Excellent computer and clerical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work productively unsupervised
- Honest and Reliable
- Commitment to Toyota goals and operating standards.
- Current and valid Qld driver's license
