We support people living with Alzheimer's, dementia and cognitive decline, disabilities, post-operative care needs and older Australians.
Our services help clients remain safe and independent in their own homes.

About the roleWe currently have positions available for qualified, reliable and passionate Personal Care Workers to join our team.
You will need to be friendly, positive and demonstrate client-focused behaviour, showing empathy and treating others with dignity and respect.
You'll also need to have a natural ability to build relationships that make a difference, be honest, helpful and dependable, making you a great asset to our team.Responsibilities will include:Working within a person-centred, enabling environment that respects the rights and needs of each clientAssisting clients with personal hygiene, dressing and domestic dutiesAssisting clients with daily errands, companionship and supportProviding support with academic, social or recreational activitiesPreparing food, feeding clients and administering medicationsObserving, caring and reporting any changes in the health and wellbeing of the clientResponding to emergency situationsWorking weekend and overnight shifts as rosteredQualificationsMinimum Certificate III in Individual Care or equivalentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsWillingness to learn, develop and take on new challengesCurrent National Police CheckCurrent First Aid & CPR certificatesEndorsed to administer medication (desirable)
