**About the role**

The Early Careers Lead is a key role within our People Experience team. The position has responsibility for the strategy and delivery of our graduate programs along with other early career initiatives. Partnering with the business leaders, you'll help us evolve our existing programs and our employee experience, creating a pipeline of future leaders at Reece.

**About you**

You will have experience delivering high impact early career strategies, along with the program management of graduate programs, ideally within a similar retail or blue-collar industry. You'll be comfortable presenting to senior leadership teams on the strategic direction of the program, along with updates and insights from our cohorts. We want someone who is passionate about best practice and delivering great employee experiences, to take the reins.
