**About the role**:
In this newly created role, you** **will support and report to the Commercial Specialist - Talent. Responsible for the implementation of talent-led commercial campaigns across the business, you will work alongside our sales, content, promotions, and producer teams to ensure seamless delivery. This role requires exceptional communication, collaboration, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships internally and externally.

**The skills and experience you will need;**
- Min 3 years' experience in radio especially in content, promotions or campaign integration
- Previous experience in publicity and/or talent management preferred, but not essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with Salesforce and Smartsheets favourable, but not essential
- Competent in word, excel, PowerPoint, social media platforms
