We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Nurse to join our dynamic Operating Theatre team. This role is ideal for a nurse with strong perioperative experience who thrives in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional surgical care. As a Clinical Nurse, you will provide advanced clinical support across all phases of perioperative nursing—scrub/scout, anaesthetics, and recovery—and play a key role in mentoring junior staff and driving best practice standards.
The Clinical Nurse as a part of a multidisciplinary team provides clinical and professional expertise to ensure comprehensive evidence-based nursing care is delivered to patients. Facilitates and promotes patient safety and quality of care. The Clinical Nurse practices within their scope of practice considerate of the Nursing and Midwifery Board's Nursing Practice Decision Flowchart.
