**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a highly skilled and enthusiastic Specialty Coffee Barista to join our team. As a barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee beverages, interacting with customers, and contributing to the overall ambiance of our café. If you have a love for coffee, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating memorable experiences for our guests, this is the perfect role for you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Coffee Preparation**: Brew and serve a variety of espresso-based beverages (lattes, cappuccinos, mochas, etc.), filter coffees, and other specialty drinks with attention to detail, consistency, and speed.
- **Latte Art**: Master the craft of pouring beautiful and consistent latte art, ensuring every drink is a visual and flavorful masterpiece.
- **Customer Service**: Greet customers with warmth and professionalism, taking orders, answering questions, and providing personalized recommendations based on customer preferences.
- **Knowledge Sharing**: Educate customers about the coffee beans, brewing methods, and the unique qualities of each beverage, creating a memorable and informative experience.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure that each drink is made to the highest standard, including maintaining consistency in flavor, temperature, and presentation.
- **Maintenance and Cleanliness**: Keep the coffee bar, equipment, and café area clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times. Follow health and safety protocols to maintain a safe environment.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with fellow baristas and management to maintain a positive, efficient, and supportive work environment.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies, beans, milk, syrups, and other ingredients to ensure the café is always stocked and prepared for service.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Coffee Knowledge**: A deep understanding of specialty coffee beans, brewing techniques, and espresso-based drinks.
- **Barista Experience**: At least 1-2 years of experience in a specialty coffee shop or similar fast-paced café environment is preferred.
- **Customer Service**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with customers and provide outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.
- **Attention to Detail**: A strong eye for detail in both the presentation and quality of beverages.
- **Multitasking Ability**: Ability to work efficiently under pressure, especially during peak hours.
- **Passion for Coffee**: A genuine passion for coffee and a desire to continuously learn about new coffee trends, brewing techniques, and industry innovations.
- **Team Player**: Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a collaborative mindset.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Latte Art Mastery**: Proven experience in creating detailed and beautiful latte art.
- **Experience with Coffee Equipment**: Familiarity with high-end espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment.
