**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Join a team dinamico in a fun, fast-paced kitchen environment across our locations in Greater Melbourne.
- Prepare food con passione, ensuring the highest standards of quality, presentation, and timeliness.
- Maintain a cucina pulita (clean kitchen) while following norme di sicurezza alimentare (food safety standards).
- Be part of the team that crafts piatti memorabili (memorable dishes), bringing our philosophy of food made well to life with every bite.

**About You**:

- Proven experience in a similar kitchen role, with the level of the position depending on your experience.
- A deep passion for cucina italiana or culinary excellence, and a background in the hospitality industry.
- Have a flair for transforming fresh, local ingredients into piatti deliziosi (delicious dishes).
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and work efficiently during busy service periods.
- A true giocatore di squadra (team player) with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate.
- Experience running your own section or the desire to develop this responsibility.
- Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations.

**Bonus**:

- Experience with Italian cuisine is preferred, but not essential - a love for food made well is what matters most

Pay: $24.10 - $43.31 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 38 per week

- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Kitchen: 1 year (preferred)

- Australia (preferred)
