Role Responsibilities
Develop and manage a portfolio of agribusiness customers.
Assess economic value and risk potential of new business.
Educate customers about their business options and provide sound advice about risk and opportunity for growth.
Proactively call on networks of contacts to help identify new business and referral opportunities.
Candidate Requirements
Previous experience working as a banker, preferably in Agribusiness.
Experience in financial analysis and credit assessment.
Passion for relationship management and delivering exceptional customer service.
Proactive problem solver who makes decisions and thrives in a dynamic environment.
Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify market opportunities.
