Have a current VIT Registration.

Participate in the implementation of the MACS Flourishing Learners Vision For Instruction.

Key Selection Criteria:
Proven ability to design and deliver high-impact mathematics programs that reflect current research, curriculum standards and the diverse needs of learners.
Evidence of successfully embedding consistent, evidence-based approaches to mathematics instruction that raise student achievement.
Ability to model effective practice, provide constructive feedback and build teacher capacity through collaborative planning, observation and mentoring.
Proven ability to collect, analyse and use student data to inform instructional decisions, measure growth and plan targeted interventions.
Ability to work effectively with leadership teams, teachers and support staff to align curriculum, ensure inclusive practice and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Demonstrated willingness to engage in ongoing professional development, stay informed of emerging research and introduce innovative strategies that enhance mathematics teaching and learning.
The successful applicant will have a demonstrated commitment to Catholic Education, be familiar and comply with the school's Child-Safe Policy and Code of Conduct.

Full registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching
