**The Role**
As a Trades Assistant with Hybrid Systems Australia, you will have the opportunity to interface with multidisciplinary trades on sites related to major projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the tradespeople in carrying out all directed tasks
- Interface with a multidisciplinary workforce, electricians, metal fabricators, and heavy diesel mechanics
- Assist with maintaining the site and all related equipment
- Foster a workforce culture of excellence, innovation, honesty, and teamwork

**About You**
- Strong leadership and communication skills and an ability to solve problems quickly
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Experience operating machinery, forklifts, telehandlers, skid steer, or excavators highly regarded
- Excellent communication and time management skills, conflict resolution abilities and confidence dealing with a wide range of people, from tradespeople to customers/stakeholders and supervisors
- Previous experience and relevant qualifications in the field of which they lead
- Understanding of ISO and OHSE requirements
