**About the Role**:
As a Garden Maintenance Team Member, your role is to attend to Garden beds across Cardinia Shire Portfolio - spraying, pruning, weed maintenance, general hort work. This hands-on position is perfect for those passionate about gardening and landscaping, with a dedication to outdoor work.
- Perform tasks such as planting, weeding, pruning, and watering.
- Mow lawns, trim edges, and care for turf areas.
- Prepare soil, mulch, and plant beds.
- Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment.
- Adhere to safety protocols for a safe work environment.

**About You**:

- Previous experience in landscaping, gardening, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, bend, squat, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
- Valid Drivers License
- White Card
- Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain.
