Shadforth offers long-term career opportunities and is dedicated to the growth and professional development of its employees.You will be working on a large scale Residential subdivision project valued at $35 million, covering Bulk Earthworks, Drainage and Roadworks.Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for daily project activities to ensure project outcomes are met in accordance with contractual and safety requirements.Key Responsibilities Will BeConduct daily site inspections and oversee onsite teams and plant, including subcontractorsManage construction planning, programming, and completion schedulesProcurement and allocation of necessary project resourcesCost tracking and reporting to Project ManagerQuality Assurance documentationContract Administration, including NODs/EOTs, notices, reporting, claimsWhat's in it for you?
