**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide a professional, friendly, and educational optical experience for every patient
- Make recommendations to assist patients with premium frames and lens packages tailored to individual needs
- Style and pair our exclusive eyewear collection based on clients' facial features, lifestyle, and preferences
- Work collaboratively to maintain a positive and efficient work environment

**Role Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-year experience working as an Optical Dispenser. Certificate IV in Optical Dispensing is highly preferable
- Previous sales experience in retail is highly valued
- Good problem solver with a disciplined, fast-learning attitude
- Effective communicator, able to adapt and tailor interactions for diverse clientele
- Genuine interest in caring for people and enhancing their eye care experience
- Experience using Optomate is preferred
