**Responsibilities.**
- Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
- Keeping up to date with all the latest offers and products Shredded offer to their clientele.
- Reaching & exceeding KPI targets set.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
- Ensuring that a diary system of appointments is kept up to date to ensure knowledge of visitors who arrive at Shredded Health & Performance each day.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, scanning and photocopying.
- Provide administration support as and when requested for Managers.
- Actively promote Gym Membership sales and act as a positive role model for the department through selling memberships of your own.
- Cashing up and reconciling at the end of your rostered time.
- Responsible for notifying staff when packages are waiting for them.
- Ensuring accurate and concise message taking and to communicate effectively with other staff.
- Audit and process gym memberships and Direct Debit Information.

**Qualifications & Skills.**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a busy reception area.
- Good organisational skills.
- Sales experience.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Part-time hours: 15 per week

**Salary**: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
