WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are currently seeking a highly experienced Assistant Head Coach to join the leadership team at Nike Pacific's Company Store in South Melbourne; this store is accessible by invitation only, exclusive to Nike staff, sponsored Athletes and Corporate Partners.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

This fast-driven environment will see you involved in:

- Leading, coaching, driving and inspiring the team to achieve their goals and targets
- Meeting financial goals and targets in sales, wage control, stock control, shrinkage, merchandising and margins
- Partnering with the Head Coach to develop and deliver innovative business strategies to increase performance
- Leading by example by providing a premium consumer experience that will exceed expectations

WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE?
- A passion for the Nike Brand
- 2+ years' large retail store management experience
- Retail business systems
- Demonstrate Retail Operations knowledge (Includes but not limited to; Budget, Inventory Control & Customer Service)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
