What You'll Be DoingSupport children's development through meaningful, child-led learningCreate safe, inclusive, and engaging indoor/outdoor environmentsCollaborate with a supportive team of Educators and Montessori-trained leadersBuild respectful and trusting relationships with familiesMaintain compliance with the EYLF, NQS, and Montessori philosophyBring flexibility, initiative, and a love for early learning every day? What You'll NeedCertificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-approved)Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)First Aid Certificate (with asthma & anaphylaxis training)A strong understanding of child developmentWillingness to learn and embrace the Montessori approachExcellent communication and collaboration skills??
