Key Responsibilities:
Deliver a balanced teaching and learning program that integrates intentional teaching with purposeful play, supporting the holistic development of each child.
Foster inquisitive and collaborative learners through creative, flexible, and enthusiastic teaching practices in the Early Years.
Demonstrate sound knowledge and effective implementation of the Early Years Learning Framework.
Collaborate professionally and positively within a dedicated Early Years team, contributing to the school's educational philosophy and community spirit.
Build and nurture respectful, supportive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to enhance student success.
