You'll play a pivotal role in supporting and learning from the management team, enhancing your skills in customer experience, store operations, and people leadership.
As a hands-on leader, you'll have the flexibility to work across neighbouring stores as needed and actively engage with the team, fostering a positive and collaborative team culture that drives both individual and collective success.
You'll receive tailored coaching and training to help you develop a well-rounded perspective on all dusk operations and leadership and prepare you for your next career milestone within the network: becoming a Store Manager and leading your own team to success.

Responsibilities
Work closely with an experienced store leadership team to gain practical skills and insights for future leadership roles within the dusk network.
Support and learn from the management team, developing skills in customer experience, store operations, and people leadership.
Work across neighbouring stores as needed and foster a positive, collaborative team culture.
Engage with coaching and training to develop a well-rounded perspective on dusk operations and leadership.
Prepare for future career milestones, including becoming a Store Manager and leading your own team.
Qualifications
Passionate and experienced retail leader with a track record in delivering results.
Hands-on leadership style with ability to work across multiple store locations.
Strong focus on customer experience, operations, and people leadership.
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced retail environment in QLD/NT.
