The school welcomes approximately 90 students ranging from prep to year 6 is committed to the development of the full potential of each and every child.Reading is a major focus with targeted use of school resources to assist with improving reading across the whole school.In all classrooms, the curriculum is delivered using explicit teaching to ensure all students receive quality feedback on their week, so that we are constantly improving.About the role
As the Principal you will have responsibility for the following:

- Lead the school community to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focussed on providing quality learning outcomes for all students
- Uphold the principalship as a value based, ethical and moral activity
- Embed socially just practices in daily school life
- Set high standards for student and staff performance
- Actively participate in lifelong learning and ongoing professional development
- Form partnerships with parents, other government agencies, community groups, industry and business
- Futures oriented and strategic
- Understand the legislation and policies that impact on schooling
- Manage resources to achieve goals

**Mandatory Requirement**:

- Current full registration or current provisional registration with eligibility for full registration, as a teacher in Queensland.
