Project Management Specialist, Languages Team — Agoda
As a Project Management Specialist, you'll oversee translation projects in 40+ languages, ensuring Agoda's products resonate across global markets.
Responsibilities
Manage localization projects from planning to delivery
Collaborate with teams on product updates, marketing campaigns, and customer support materials
Coordinate with external vendors, monitor deliveries, and manage budgets
Maintain project schedules, documentation, and ensure quality standards
Support stakeholders under tight deadlines, fostering seamless communication
Qualifications
1+ year of project management experience, ideally in localization
Familiarity with CAT tools and localization best practices
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
Excellent English communication; additional languages are a plus
Team-oriented mindset and interpersonal skills
