Over the last 6 years, Penny for Pound has established itself as a leader in the Melbourne wholesale bakery scene.

Now. our Camberwell location is looking at expanding our team and is seeking passionate baristas / all-rounders to help take our customer experience to the next level.

Working alongside a passionate team, we have become known amongst locals for our amazing pastries, specialty coffee and our freshly baked bread.

The opportunity

We are currently seeking experienced baristas to take charge of daily bar operations at our wonderful well lit Camberwell location..

Key Facets of the role;
- Customer engagement and elevated service
- Working as a part of a team
- Development & training with an award winning coffee roaster
- Dialling in & preparing speciality drinks

What skills and knowledge do I need?
- Previous experience in a barista role
- Experience serving different methods of speciality coffee
- A proven ability to assist in developing junior baristas
- Ability to work in a high-volume fast-paced cafe or coffee bar
- A friendly and positive attitude

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: $24.50 - $36.17 per hour
