MRI Modality Manager Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced, dedicated, and motivated MRI Modality Manager to join us.
We are looking for an individual who can ensure the provision of safe and compassionate patient centred care, founded in excellence in practice, teaching, respect, and inclusive leadership. As the MRI manager, you will provide expert advice and foster staff development and continuous quality improvement of services. You must also be able to manage multiple relationships with various internal and external stakeholders.
This is a great opportunity for you to take your career to the next level and lead our high performing team in our Gippsland region - there will be travel required to other sites. We have the highest range of equipment and technology (3T scanner) so you can develop your skills and deliver the highest quality of service to our patients.

**The impact you'll have**:

- Operation and clinic management, working closely with relevant internal stakeholders to achieve strong patient care outcomes and quality, cost and productivity targets
- Team Leadership, providing direction, supervision, support and recognition of staff and promote collaboration, cooperation and teamwork through effective leadership and management
- People development, displaying a strong commitment to developing others through implementing effective performance management and development of processes

**What we're looking for**:

- MRI qualified with a preferred minimum of three years working in the modality post qualification.
- Ongoing professional development and certifications in a Modality
- Experience in supervising and leading individuals and teams in a healthcare services setting preferred
- Demonstrated basic understanding of operational and commercial management processes
