**About Us**

Our Restaurant Tasman offers a professional friendly dining experience, paired with our locally influenced à la carte menu for dinner. We also have a busy buffet breakfast service which is popular with both inhouse guest and our locals. Our Atrium Bar located in our foyer showcases some of the best views in Hobart. We offer a locally inspired all-day menu and feature the best of Tassie's World-Famous whisky, gins, wines, beers and ciders. We also can't forget about our infamous Afternoon Tea by the Waterfront. The Atrium Bar really is the place to be (especially during happy hour)

This role involves working alongside the different departments in the hotel as we all work towards providing an amazing guest experience. Every day is different and there is always something new to learn.

We're a supportive team who will coach and guide you in your new role. We're also a fun team who love what we do and like to have fun while we do it.

**About you**
- You're probably already working in Food and Beverage, thinking about your future and wanting to take that next step into a Supervisory role.
- You truly care about our guests and providing an unforgettable service.
- You have an infectious positive attitude.
- You're a natural leader and you know how important motivating and empowering the team is.
- You enjoy leading from the front and you love coaching and developing the team to watch them grow.
- You would have a love for all things food and beverage You'll be the type of person who gets excited tasting a new local gin, or when the Chef tells you what they're going to do with our local produce with our seasonal menu changes.
