About The Role
As the Retail Manager, you'll lead the front-of-store team, drive exceptional service, and ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day retail activities. This includes:
Managing and mentoring staff through onboarding and ongoing training
Overseeing rostering, merchandising, and stock control
Supporting store recruitment and building team capability
Leading a positive, inclusive store culture
Driving store performance and customer loyalty initiatives
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in retail and team leadership
Strong communication and motivational skills
Understanding of budgets, KPIs, and retail operations
Current Police Check or willingness to obtain one
Pharmacy experience or S2/S3 certificate (highly regarded but not essential)
