Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to run a high-volume temporary desk in the mining sector. This is a full-time permanent position with opportunities for professional development and career progression.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the selection process from job brief to offer, ensuring effective communication throughout.
- Manage all IR/ER concerns
- Develop and execute marketing plans for new accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic relationships with partners and stakeholders to achieve individual and business goals.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting on revenue pipeline.
- Cross-sell other specialist services/areas of Chandler Macleod Group and follow up on leads generated.
- Ensure compliance with CMG Risk Management and OHS legislation.
- Utilize sales techniques to build customer relationships, identify needs, qualify opportunities, and position offerings effectively.
- Conduct regular reviews and surveys to identify potential issues and develop new opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in agency recruitment.
- A degree in either HR or Business.
- Experience running a high-volume temporary desk in the mining sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Advanced analytical and administrative skills, including computer literacy and database management.
- Demonstrated ethics, integrity, and judgment in client dealings.
