THE CLIENTOur client is a growing boutique financial services organisation, recognised as a leading SME in the sector.
On an exciting growth trajectory, they are now seeking a P&C Operations Advisor to join their team and deliver high-quality operational support.
This role is based onsite in Sydney CBD, our client is also open to candidates seeking four days per week.
THE ROLEReporting directly to the People & Culture Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including: Preparing and issuing employment contracts and variations Maintaining the HRIS and ensuring employee data is accurate and up to date Overseeing compliance documentation including visas, right-to-work checks, and certifications Collaborating with the P&C team on recruitment campaigns Managing smooth onboarding and offboarding across all offices, including global locations Reporting on HR metrics and providing key insights THE CANDIDATEWe are seeking an experienced HR professional who is passionate about operations and administration, able to work independently, and confident in taking ownership of the function.
You will be highly organised, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and adept at building strong relationships across the business.
With 2–5 years of HR experience, you will bring a proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative and growing environment.
