**The Role**

The National Fitness Manager is responsible for the strategic development, continuous

improvement and growth of our fitness products and programs. Working with a team of product specialists, key current program offerings the role will oversee include Personal Training, Coaching Zone (Group Personal Training), Reformer Pilates, Group Fitness and our gym floor offering. The role will also have a strong focus on developing and implementing new fitness products and programs.

**Accountabilities**
- Develop and implement a well-considered product and program strategy that is

innovative, industry best practice with a focus on growing participation and

driving revenue and profit from our fitness programs.
- Continuously improve the operating systems of our current programs and

ensure program KPI's and budgets are achieved.
- Develop training frameworks that deliver sustainable capability to ensure

programs deliver on agreed objectives and exceed customer expectations.
- Grow a network of RTO industry partnerships to enable a sufficient pipeline of

new staff to meet budgeted growth and program delivery objectives.
- Identify opportunities to improve our member experience and satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with our franchisee network and ensure timeframes

for key deliverables to the franchise network are met.
- Manage and develop a team of product specialists.

**About you**
- Engaging people leader willing to invest and bring the best out of your people
- Strategic thinker with the ability to convert strategy to action.
- Relevant industry experience leading fitness departments with broad knowledge of different product offerings.
- Experience brokering mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Significant experience in product/program development and implementation in the fitness space.
- Ability to obtain a national police check and working with children check.
- Ability to regularly travel interstate
