Join DOF as a Trainee Integrated Ratings (TIR)
DOF is looking to appoint Trainee Integrated Rating(s) to join our dynamic Marine division in Australia. At DOF, we offer a working environment consisting of highly skilled, positive, innovative, and enthusiastic employees. As a Trainee Integrated Ratings (TIR), you will be assisting our experienced Deck and Engine crew members to deliver safe and efficient operations on our vessels. Responsibilities
Available to commence as a TIR in 2025.
Working in the marine industry and/or working toward a marine qualification
Passion for the marine industry and looking to develop a career within this field.
Demonstrate a high level of health, safety and environmental practices and behaviours.
Enthusiastic and proactive learning approach
Demonstrate strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Demonstrate a flexible, adaptable and resilient approach to meet vessel and company demands.
