Small family owned Pawnbrokers in Melton area are seeking a Xmas holiday casual with potential to become full time.

Retail department

Starting ASAP

Duties will include

Customer service

Shop Merchandising

Price negotiations with customers

Posting items for sale online eg. Facebook Marketplace

Cash and stock handling

Corresponding with business owner in relation to store targets and goals

Striving to hit profit margins and daily goals with staff

Must be over 18 yrs old with own car and licence

Must be able to work a rotating roster

Previous retail/sales experience proffered but not essential

Must be reliable, honest and keen to work and take direction from management. Team player is a must

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm

**Salary**: $22.00 - $40.00 per hour
