**Assistant Store Manager** to lead multiple stores based in Melbourne (VIC). Both
**Knox **and
**Eastland **will entrust you to support their brand ambassadors to deliver retail excellence, performance, and operations to achieve business objectives.

**Permanent | Full Time Opportunity**
You will be supporting the Store Sales Manager in running of the Retail Store.

**Key Role Responsibilities**
- Drive store KPIs as set by the Brand.
- Deliver exceptional customer experience
- Support the Store Manager and step into the managerial role where required.
- Motivate and lead teams to achieve individual and collective performance metrics.
- Professionally addressing customer issues.
- Adhere to company policies for day-to-day store inventory management.
- Consistent implementation of Visual Merchandising.
- Reconciling daily takings, banking. process and follow up on returns and credits.
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office.
- Point of Sale (POS) system knowledge.

**Desirable Skills**
- Solid interpersonal skills and strong communication skills.
- Effective time management skills.
- Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal).
- Recruitment experience.
- Solid years' of experience as a key holder within the accessories and fashion field, or within the retail industry.
