**Wholesome Solutions Pty Ltd**is seeking a motivated and compassionate _Disability Support Worker _to join our team in a Casual Role. We are a fast-growing company with support services offered throughout the **Moreton Bay, Sunshine Coast**and **Greater Brisbane**Regions and a capacity-building Centre located in **Caboolture.** This role involves providing personalised care and assistance to individuals with disabilities to help them live independently and participate actively in their communities.

**What you'll be doing**
- Assisting clients with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Facilitating and participating in recreational, social, and educational activities to promote client wellbeing.
- Advocating for clients' rights and ensuring they receive the support and services they need.
- Documenting client progress and maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborating with family members, healthcare professionals, and other support services to deliver coordinated care.
- Providing overnight/sleepover support on a weekly basis, as required.
- Adhering to all relevant policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

**What we're looking for**
- Capacity for overnight/sleepover and weekend shifts on a weekly basis (required).
- A Certificate III or IV in Disability Support or a related field (highly desirable).
- Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities, preferably in a community-based setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support individuals with disabilities in achieving their goals.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Availability on a recurring basis to take on set shifts each week, with flexible hours to suit each support worker's capacity and the participants' needs.
- A current Drivers Licence, own reliable vehicle and Comprehensive Car Insurance.
- A current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance & Working with Children Check.
- First Aid & CPR.
