Job Description We have an exciting opportunity for a Trade Service Centre Manager to join our team in Geelong, reporting to the Victorian State Manager.
You will be responsible for coordinating Geelong Trade Service Centre's operations to achieve the goals defined in Ausreo's National Service Centre Retail Strategy by being accountable for the sales and profit performance of the Trade Service Centre operations.
You will also manage, coach, and develop employees to enable effective team engagement and delivery of the Branch offering.The role will include, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:Establish key performance measures, targets, and activity plans for the Trade Service Centre in accordance with Ausreo's Retail Strategy.Monitor Victoria's trade market to promote and sell new products and services, and identify opportunities for growth.Identify new business opportunities and develop partnerships with key customers and suppliers to increase revenue and market share.Ensure the Service Centre Network delivers superior customer service and achieves business performance objectives by developing employees.Support major customer negotiations, such as with large project home builders and contract work outside of general trading.Lead the Geelong team and foster an inclusive, collaborative environment.To Be SuccessfulThe ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and must also:Possess tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or equivalent work experienceHave 5+ years of Trade/Wholesale Sales experience in building materials or related industriesSuccessfully lead teams to deliver customer service and achieve business goalsLeverage relationships to generate sales aligned with company pricing strategiesInfluence and negotiate with stakeholders to ensure project deliveryHave strong organizational skills to manage multiple prioritiesPossess excellent customer service and communication skills, including with senior management and external stakeholdersAusreo is experiencing significant growth due to increased civil and commercial construction.
