You'll be the face of Gro, building relationships, smashing sales targets, and leaving every client with a smile (and great hair).
Here's what you'll be up to:Guiding clients through consultations to create personalised treatment plansBuilding and maintaining strong client relationships throughout their journeyHitting (and exceeding) sales targets, including lead conversion and retentionTeaming up with clinic staff to ensure top-notch client experiencesHelping to shape and execute effective sales strategiesEncouraging glowing reviews on platforms (like Trustpilot and Google)Keeping leadership updated with performance reports and sales forecastsAbout YouAre you a people person with a knack for making others feel their best?

To qualify for this role, you will bring extensive experience in business development or a strong background in customer service from any sector.Proven experience selling high-value services, ideally in healthcare, cosmetics, hospitality, or other related industriesA creative, solution-focused approach to tailoring recommendationsA natural drive to smash sales targets and KPIsExcellent communication skills and a love of teamworkIdeally looking for someone who's not just good at what they do, but truly excited about helping clients look and feel amazing.
