What do we need from you?
:2-3 year's experience as a Baker, in particular viennoiserie & dough laminationIdeally experience working in a Production KitchenTeam player with a positive attitude.Passionate about customer experience and product quality.Commitment to food safety.Ability to deal with the repetitive nature of a high-volume, fast-paced production kitchen and maintain the highest quality and service standards.A bit about us:Black Star Pastry started as a boutique patisserie in Newtown in 2008 and has since grown into an established and loved brand.
Our claim to fame is the Strawberry Watermelon Cake, a dessert that has taken social media by storm and earned recognition from the New York Times as "the world's most Instagrammed cake".
