**A**G**reat**O**pportunity**

In this role, you'll be the friendly face of our Fitness and Aquatics team, welcoming members with a positive energy, handling inquiries, processing memberships and bookings, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

You'll also gain valuable experience in sales support, customer feedback, and administration, all while helping deliver fun, educational, and memorable experiences through our programs and facilities.

**What You Bring**

To succeed in this role, you will bring energy and enthusiasm to every shift In addition, you will have the following:

- Proven customer service experience with enthusiasm to learn new skills
- Demonstrated experience in reception, administration, and light office duties
- Demonstrated confidence working with different computer systems
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals
- Current NSW Working with Children Check
- RCG (or willing to obtain)
- Flexibility and availability to work across Mingara One trading times:

- Monday-Friday (4.45am -9pm),
- Saturday & Sunday (5.45am-6pm).
