**The role**

As the Consultant, Strategy Execution, you are responsible for the analysis and insights that drive strategic recommendations for NAB domains including.
- Data analysis including extraction and table maintenance to support detailed reporting
- Lead analytical analysis projects enabled by custom data extracts
- Communicate strategic recommendations, both written (PowerPoint reports & decks) and verbally
- Engage with business stakeholders and Domain leaders to optimize data utilization
- Maintain and build PowerBI

**Your opportunity**
- Ensure effective and complete data tables are maintained and accurate
- Lead analytical analysis projects to drive improvement within Domains and across the bank
- Enhance key elements of data analytics as required to deploy and run regular domain metrics reporting and adhoc requests
- Key member of the Domain Efficiency team, contributing to managing the breadth of work required to build and run domain metrics reporting
- Contribute to team knowledge-sharing and learning to ensure the appropriate skill mix required in the Domain Efficiency team
- Work closely with other members of the Domain Efficiency team to improve data quality and processes to optimise effectiveness.
- Engage with members of Domain Orchestration, business stakeholders and domain leaders to support delivery and understanding of key drivers of metrics
- Leverage data capability across S&I to drive value by enhancing insights and creating process/analytic efficiencies
- Support the implementation of Strategy & Innovation priorities as directed by the leadership team
- Fully leverage structured and unstructured data to drive the most effective decision-making across Execution & Investment
- Contribute to the high-performance culture of the team

**What you will bring**
- 2-4 years' experience as an Analyst (and or similar role), ideally with banking/financial services acumen, within an in-house corporate development, or investment banking, chartered accounting firm or consulting business.
- **_Strong data related technical skills (e.g., SQL database, PowerBI, advanced Excel) _**:

- Ability to interact, influence, and present to multiple stakeholders at all levels
- Experience in building, deploying, and communicating strategic reports
- Expertise in banking/finance and understanding key transformation metrics highly valuable
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (required)
