**Description**:
Are you wanting to kick off a career in finance and wanting to join a technology business? We are looking for x2 Transactional Officers to join our team and help us deliver mission critical projects. If you are wanting to step into a role where your input is truly valued, this role is for you

Both roles are full-time 6-month fixed term contracts, with the potential for extension or conversion to perm based on business needs and performance. The roles are based in our Brisbane office 4 days a week and will be reporting to the Director of Finance.

**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**:

- You will setup all new customer accounts and ensure information is accurate.
- You will help with internal or external customers enquiries.
- You will support accounts payable with entry of vendor bills and reconcile accounts when required.
- You will become familiar with and uphold finance quality policies and systems.

**ABOUT YOU?**:

- Experience working in a similar finance role such as Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable is highly regarded but not mandatory.
- You have customer service experience and are passionate about delivering a great interaction.
- You have strong attention to detail and can problem solve using initiative (data entry experience highly desirable).
- You are strong communicator who can collaborate to work as a team and autonomously, as needed.
- You have intermediate excel skills and can navigate a spreadsheet comfortably.
