They assist customers with product information and advice, but also problem solve, provide solutions, and use sales techniques.
Our customers benefit from the strong relationships they build and exceptional customer service they provide.You will also be able to assist in the warehouse and accurately pick, pack and dispatch stock orders in a timely manner.
As a team player, you'll be proactive in keeping our warehouse tidy.Duties include:Interpret partsProcess customer ordersEfficiently dispatch products and partsPromote specialsArrange buy insProcess customer creditsFirst point of contact for customers (in-person and over the phone)Contribute to a culture of safety by putting safety first, ensuring that we all make it safe & make it homeNote, this role will require lifting, bending & climbing.Who we're looking for:Parts interpreting "know how" (your technical parts knowledge)Passion for providing exceptional customer experiences and creating 'moments that matter'Confidence in sharing your 'know how' and ability to communicate your knowledge in a way the customer can understandInnovate and collaborative approach to workSolution focussed / problem solverSound computer skillsComfortable working in a fast paced and dynamic environment as part of a high performing teamFormer GPC team members welcome to apply.
