**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Support managers with team divisions in your region, including Editorial, Social Media/Marketing, Operations (HR, IT, Legal), Customer Service and Hub teams;
- Assisting with knowledge of local HR/Labour Law, including of volunteers;
- Report region growth to the Chief Operating Officer and SLT overall;
- Support growth of Travel Radar as a publication within the region, undertaking strategic partnerships, collaborations and business development opportunities;
- Attend events, media appearances, conferences and press visits on behalf of Travel Radar in the region;
- Attend meetings of the Management Team to help steer overall company operations;
- Liaise with the other Regional Leads to ensure a smooth transition to/from your region's assigned working times;
- Other duties and administrative tasks as requested by the COO/SLT.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Experience of team supervision/leadership/management;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Good delegation and teamwork skills, with a good understanding of cross-departmental working;
- Go-getter attitude with a willingness to put your hand to new skills/business areas;

**Desired Skills/Traits**:

- Experience/passion for the voluntary sector and managing volunteers;
- Experience of the Aviation/Air-Travel/Wider Travel Industry;
- Strategic management or experience in a management position;
- Strong skills in business development and revenue growth;
- Experience of HR/Business Administration (BA/MBA or real word experience)
