Overview
Desky is seeking a diligent and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This is a full-time, permanent position that will be based at our Brisbane office after an initial training period. For the first 2-3 months, you will be required to work from our Darra facility for a comprehensive and hands-on training program to gain a deep understanding of our products, systems, and commitment to customer service excellence before transitioning to the Brisbane office.
Responsibilities
Handling a high volume of inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
Providing accurate and timely information about our products, orders, and services.
Resolving customer issues, complaints, and technical queries with a professional and empathetic approach.
Processing orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
Maintaining detailed and confidential records of all customer interactions within our CRM system.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
About You
Previous experience in a customer service environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A strong ability to problem-solve and think on your feet.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in using computer systems and the ability to quickly learn new software.
A resilient and positive attitude, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
