Industry award rates of pay, penalty rates, fortnightly pay cycleAbout the role:Our Assistant Store Managers:Work closely with the Store Managers in leading the team, and managing operations to achieve successCoach and develop team membersLive, breathe & role model genuine service, creating moments that matter for customersAre safety leaders, always providing the safest work environment for themselves, team members & customersSet a positive example at all timesOften have opening and closing responsibilitiesThe successful individual will:Have previous supervisory experience, or be ready for that next stepDemonstrate previous retail or trade experience, including sales, wholesale and/or workshop operations experience Ideally have mechanical / automotive parts knowledgeHave a flexible availability and hold a valid driver's licenceHave the physical capacity to perform the duties of the role (including handling products of a heavy nature)Prioritise safetyNote, this role will require lifting, bending, climbing & safe driving.We are open to receiving applications from people without industry experience.
