**About Us**:
Dominion City Church is a dynamic, Kingdom-focused, multicultural Christian community. Though we are a new church in Australia with a small congregation, we are part of a global ministry present in many countries. Our mission is to raise leaders—both kings and priests—who will transform society for good by living out Christian values and principles.

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Christian Childcare Worker to join our family and assist in looking after our children during church services. This role is vital as we establish and grow, providing a safe, nurturing, and faith-filled environment for our children to learn about God and His Kingdom.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Care for and supervise children during church services and activities
- Engage children in age-appropriate Christian teachings, stories, and activities
- Create a warm, welcoming, and safe environment for all children
- Help implement Bible lessons, crafts, and worship tailored for young children
- Ensure children are actively engaged and supported during their time at church
- Maintain open communication with parents and church leadership
- Uphold the values and mission of Dominion City Church in all interactions

**Qualifications**:

- A committed Christian with a heart for serving children and families
- Previous experience working with children in a church, childcare, or educational setting is preferred
- Ability to create a nurturing and Christ-centered environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with church leadership and other team members
- Willingness to be flexible and adapt to the needs of a growing church
- Current Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain one)

Pay: $23.90 - $30.00 per hour
