Overview
Looking after our Hobart territory, we are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our expanding Tasmanian team.
Reporting to the State Manager, this is a pure hunter role focused on actively identifying and securing new business opportunities within your territory to build a robust sales pipeline.
This is not an Account Management position.

Responsibilities
Drive Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed your territory targets.
Prospect and Qualify: Proactively research, identify, and qualify new business opportunities.
Develop Solutions: Accurately measure and estimate projects, crafting compelling, solution-based proposals, quotes, and tender responses.
Qualifications
Proven track record in B2B new business development and solution selling.
Experience in researching and actively targeting new customers.
Proficiency in using CRM systems for sales data management.
Prior experience in the painting, facilities maintenance, building, or construction industry is highly regarded, but not essential.
