**About the Role**:
We are seeking multiple Associate Software Developers to support the delivery of secure, innovative software capabilities across its mission-critical systems. These roles are suited to early-career professionals with strong technical foundations and a desire to contribute to national security in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

**Key Responsibilities***:

- Design, develop, integrate, and document software solutions that meet business and security requirements
- Support system monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
- Assist with automation and deployment of software using COTS and GOTS tools
- Contribute to the development of automated testing and continuous integration pipelines
- Document technical processes and support knowledge sharing within the team
- Escalate issues and seek guidance from senior team members as needed
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with ASD standards

**Technical Skills & Experience***:

- Proficiency in one or more of the following: Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, J2EE, RESTful APIs, Django, Ruby
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes and OpenShift
- Experience or knowledge of automation tools like Puppet, Ansible, and Docker
- Understanding of secure coding practices and software development lifecycle
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
