- **Working Arrangements**: Hybrid - after the training is complete

- **Hourly Rate**: $59.95 /Hour + Super (this includes casual loading)
- **Work Hours**: Regular business hours Monday to Friday (anticipated 7.6 hours per day)

**About Us**:
***Reporting to the Payments and Business Support Manager, you will be responsible for the coordination and approval of financial assistance payments. This includes quality assurance checks, continuous improvement, and contributing to budget reporting, briefs, funding bids and annual reports.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate, review and approve financial assistance payments.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure all payment details are accurate
- Coordinate payment schedules for processing by the departmental central unit payment team.
- Manage payment queries, and provision of advice on payment queries including discussing payments with victims of crime and services providers.
- Contribute to operational budgets, performance reports, briefs for the CEO, funding bids, and the annual reporting
- Foster an effective working relationship with stakeholders and internal Finance teams.
- Complete other relevant tasks as directed by the Payments and Business Support Manager.

- Knowledge of bank reconciliations is definitely a plus.
- Ability to create reports, manipulate and analyse data, and critically review them.
- Experience using PowerBI or similar interactive data visualisation software to create reports.
- Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving skills
- Excellent Interpersonal and Stakeholder Management Skills
