The PositionA unique opportunity is available for a highly experienced and committed Director of Clinical Services – Adult / Older Adult Community to lead the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred mental health care across a regional community.
This senior leadership position is responsible for strategic planning, operational management, and clinical oversight of the Adult and Older Adult Community Mental Health stream.

• MBBS (or equivalent) with AHPRA registration.

• Fellowship of RANZCP, with substantial experience in Psychiatry.

• Significant leadership experience within clinical programs or services.

• Ability to guide and motivate multidisciplinary teams in complex service environments.

• Strong skills in clinical governance, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
