An opportunity to join a well estabilished team in a much loved neighbourhood wine bar and restaurant.

You will be responsible for the preparation and delivery of exceptional customer service, preparing cocktails and food and beverage service, reporting to managers, maintaining guest information, product development. You will need to ensure the highest level of consistency and care of the venue/section and work well within the back of house and front of house team to ensure cohesion, effective communication and that all food and service is delivered at the highest standards.

Skills & Experience
- The ability to work Fridays and Saturdays
- Proven experience in high-quality hospitality service;
- Knowledge of wine, beers, cocktails & spirits is highly desirable;
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure;
- Strong customer service focus;
- Outgoing and friendly disposition;
- High standard of presentation and grooming;
- Excellent verbal communication skills and organizational skills
- Can-do attitude; Be committed to exceeding guest expectations and delivering hospitality
- A current RSA certificate

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 15-30 per week

**Salary**: $28.46 - $37.14 per hour
