**_TK Maxx is currently seeking experienced Retail Store Associates who are looking to take the next step of their career and be part of our Duty Manager Development program. This role will be based across _**_multiple NSW Central and Sydney Stores with both Part Time and Full Time opportunities. _**

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Processing sales and returns
- Maintenance and replenishment of stock
- Visual merchandising of products
- Willingness to lead a team and welcome responsibility

**Skills/Experience**

The successful applicant should possess the following:

- Experience in a high-volume retail environment
- Sales and results-driven with proven experience in meeting KPIs
- Experience in merchandising a range of products
- Experience in leading a team is desirable

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
